Robert Stice (President) formed his company in 1995. With over 25 years experience in the home remodeling industry, RoSan Home Construction Services has earned its outstanding reputation through performing thousands of jobs throughout the Santa Clarita Valley. Robert was an electrical lineman for both the City of Burbank and Pasadena. During that time, Robert became an electrician doing all phases of electrical work for both residential and commercial customers.
Robert became a professional residential/commercial inspector in 1993 in the Santa Clarita Valley. During that time he started a home repair business that later turned into a construction business. Since then Robert has ran his company, ‘RoSan Home Constructions Services’ (Now, Rosan Home Construction Services with his wife Sandi, Vice President and Office Manager), building decks, patios, room additions, etc.
His name is well known and respected in the Santa Clarita Valley with customers and Real Estate agents.
Robert is proficient in print writing and reading, all phases of construction including electrical, plumbing, framing, windows/doors, etc. Robert’s knowledge and professional skills in these trades gives him an edge over much of his competition and an invaluable service to his clients.
